Terms and Conditions
Please read these before you book.

About these terms
These terms apply to every trip, enquiry and booking made with Meriqo Journeyz. By booking or using this website you agree to them. Please read them before you pay.
Bookings and payment
A seat is held only after we receive the booking amount and send you a written confirmation. The balance is due by the date shown in your confirmation. Prices are per person unless stated and may change until your booking is confirmed.
Cancellation and refunds
If you cancel 30 or more days before departure, we refund the amount paid after deducting non-recoverable costs. Between 15 and 29 days, 50 percent of the trip cost is refundable. Within 14 days of departure, or on no-show, no refund is due. Refunds are processed within 10 to 15 working days. Replace these terms with your own policy.
Changes by Meriqo Journeyz
Weather, landslides, road closures, permits and government orders can force changes to routes, stays or dates. We will offer the closest alternative. If we cancel a trip, you may choose a different date or a refund of the amount paid.
Health, fitness and altitude
Many of our trips are at high altitude or involve trekking and long road journeys. You must tell us about any medical condition before booking and carry your own prescribed medicines. We may decline or remove a traveller who is unfit to continue, without refund.
Safety and risk
Adventure travel carries risks, including weather, terrain and remote locations. You agree to follow your trip captain's instructions. Riders must hold a valid licence and wear a helmet.
Insurance
We strongly recommend travel and medical insurance that covers adventure activities and evacuation. International trips require valid passports, visas and any mandatory insurance.
Traveller conduct
We may end a traveller's participation, without refund, for behaviour that endangers others, damages property, breaks local law or disrespects local communities and culture.
Limits of liability
Meriqo Journeyz acts on behalf of transport, stay and activity providers. We are not liable for loss, injury, delay or damage caused by third parties, natural events or circumstances outside our control, except where the law says otherwise.
Photos and media
We may photograph or film trips for promotion. Tell your trip captain if you do not want to appear.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Delhi.
